2019: World’s Best Bar Is….

The 2019 Spirited Awards has announced winners across assorted categories including World’s Best Bar. Caffe Dante, which is located in NY’s Greenwich Village was named Best American Restaurant Bar as well as World’s Best Bar.
Emmy and Tony Award-winning actor Bryan Cranston hosted the awards and he also launched a mezcal called Dos Hombres with his Breaking Bad costar Aaron Paul. 
Singapore’s Atlas took home two prestigious Spirited Awards – Best International Cocktail Bar and World’s Best Spirits Selection.

In the American categories, New York City has the market with most Awards including Katana Kitten named Best New American Cocktail Bar and Attaboy won Best American Cocktail Bar. Las Vegas’ Herbs and Rye was named Best American Bar Team and Best American High Volume Bar.
Julio Cabrera of Café Troya in Miami was named American Bartender of the Year, while Monica Berg was London’s Tayer and Elementary won International Bartender of the Year. 
Other Spirited Awards included the Lifetime Achievement Award, the Timeless International Award, Best Bar Mentor, Best New Spirit or Cocktail Ingredient, World’s Best Cocktail Menu (Trick Dog San Francisco, CA), and more.
