This divine culinary experience allows diners to create their own menu based on their tastes and preferences.

Note, Immerse…Latitude 4˚ is the latest in underwater dining in the Maldives. There’s also the very elegant Subsix at Niyama which must be reached by speedboat followed by descend via staircase on a platform in the ocean. At SEA which is found at Anantara Kihavah, the underwater restaurant has the world’s first dedicated underwater wine cellar.
